- Is Xenet a consultancy or a SaaS company?
- Neither. Xenet is an AI venture studio. We build AI-powered businesses and the digital workforces that run them. Some of those (Yodoo, Matix, Reclaw) you can hire or use directly; for others we build and operate alongside you.
- How long does a project take?
- A Strategy Sprint delivers a roadmap in about two weeks. Bespoke builds are scoped together and ship in focused phases, so you'll see working software early, not slideware in month two. Retainers start delivering within the first fortnight.
- I'm new to AI. Where do we start?
- That's exactly what the Strategy Sprint is for. We sit with your team, map your data and processes, and surface the wins worth doing first. No jargon, no commitment to a big build, just a clear, prioritised plan you own.
- What do you need from us?
- A short kickoff to understand your objectives, access to the relevant data and systems, and a point of contact for sign-off. We handle the design, build, deployment and the heavy lifting in between.
- Who owns the IP?
- You do. The code, the models we build for you, the data and the documentation. Everything we deliver is yours to keep and run, with no lock-in.
- How does the monthly retainer work?
- The In-House AI Team is an embedded, on-demand team on a flexible monthly scope. We prioritise work with you each cycle and ship continuously, drawing on our 200+ specialist network when a project needs it. Adjust or cancel anytime.
- Can you work with our existing stack and data securely?
- Yes. We integrate with the tools and infrastructure you already run, and we build with governance, audit and access controls from the start. Your data stays yours and stays protected.
- What does an engagement cost?
- It depends on scope. A Strategy Sprint is a fixed, two-week engagement; the In-House AI Team runs on a flexible monthly retainer; bespoke builds are priced to the work. Once we understand what you're trying to do, you'll get clear, fixed numbers. Book a call and we'll scope it together.

- Xenet is a specialist AI venture studio, not a generalist management consultancy. Where large consultancies provide strategy documents and recommendations, Xenet designs, builds and operates the AI — shipping production software, deploying autonomous digital workforces, and staying on to run them. - Does Xenet offer AI workforce automation?
- Yes. Reclaw is Xenet's AI operations workforce: digital employees across sales, support, finance, research and operations, each owning real work end to end. Matix is the AI engineering workforce, shipping code alongside human developers. Both are live products that can be deployed on their own or alongside a bespoke build.
