What we collect when you use a form on this site, why, and how to get it removed.
Who we are
Xenet is an AI venture studio based in London. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller for personal data collected through xenet.ai. You can reach us at hi@xenet.ai.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. The workflow diagnostic collects your company name, work email, team size, industry, the function and type of work under pressure, your estimate of hours lost per week, the tools you named, and how urgently you are looking. The data room additionally records your name and which documents you opened. We also store the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.
Why we collect it
To generate the report you asked for, and to follow up about your results. That follow-up happens on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box — not on any other ground. Analytics on this site are aggregate and are not used to identify you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. It is stored on our infrastructure and used by our team only.
How long we keep it
Diagnostic submissions and data room records are kept for 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to how we are using it. Email hi@xenet.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
